Lets take a Cakewalk©!

This is what cake means! The great Margaret Braun, is my cake decoration idol. She makes the absolutely amazing decors and fancy designs for cakes and creates them to look like a Tiffany's million dollar item.

I bought her book Cakewalk© and it has been a wonderful experience reading it. The details of each piece is so intricate, that my brother, who is actually a pastry chef, gets his ideas from the book.

She really pays attention to detail, and the many inspirations she gets from the historic architechtures.

I posted a link of her book through Amazon.com on the left side of the site. It is highly recommended buy!!!
