Birthday!

As some people know I am turning another year older on the 24th. I'd like to think that it is a good thing, although many times I get depressed that fact that in 6 years I'll be thirty, or think I'm too old to be even going out for drinks. It's such a pain to have birthdays after 21. However, perks like it'll only take me only one more year then I can rent a car without having to be charged for an underage fee.

Why is it so depressing? Even my friends get icky when I remind them that their birthday is coming up soon. Is there a reason why we should feel good or bad for birthdays?

I personally think that the fact some people get successful at a young age, like around the age of 21 and already have a yacht, gets me all depressed. I'm turning 24 and haven't even made my first million, and yet some 19 year old guy is on his way to make his 2nd million.

I really should be just thankful to God, I'm still alive and kicking and there's probably thousands of reasons I should be happy on my birthday.

Fairy Tale!

In a far away land, there lived a girl, who was born in nobility. At a young age, she trained to be a skilled fighter.

One day, she left for adventures and became a glorious heroine. There, she met many companions and especially, she met a boy. They sieged fortresses, dungeons, then slew dragons and killed demons.

But alas, the boy she met, was suddenly called to castle and was told he had to be the King. The boy had no choice.

That night, he confessed his love for her, and asked her to be his Queen.

They wed, however, the girl cannot produce an heir. For all her journey has proven harsh for the girl's womb.

She loved the king, but the kingdom needed an heir. So she decided to leave him. She said goodbye, and kissed him. It broke the King's heart and he became weary and sad.

He promised not to love anyone as much as he loved her....

Hororscopes and Fortune Cookies!

I really don't believe in fortune telling & hororscopes. However, sometimes when I do read stuff like that, it happens to be that most of it are relative to situations I'm in. In times, it might just be a coincidence, though I understand that faithfully relying on these things can make someone be dependent on it. Additionally, there will be no room for change, free will, or even adventures!

I wanted to write about how horrorscopes also are kind of right on describing my feelings. Like last month when a magazine fortune told me I would be in a infatuation mode, and it did happen. Although I thought of it and decided that its just a mere lucky chance.

My point is, though things like that happen, we are still responsible for our lives. And basically, I think we ourselves, can only shape our own fortunes.

I've been wanting to use the bathroom for like 3 hours. I'm here at work not doing anything and I'm even procrastinating to go to pee pee.
