"We ignore the people who like us, and like the people who ignore us."
It's true isn't it? I personally think it is human nature to want something we cannot have. Just like when I was a kid, wanting to be not asian.
There was a student in the Philippines that wrote an article and won her something in UK. She said something about the ideal blue eyes and blonde hair that is creating a big effect on people's indentity. It makes me wonder how young children in the future would represent that as. I have a nephew and he is actually half white and half asian, moreover, is he going to think differently because alot of the kids now are mostly multi-racial or when he grows up is he going to want to be more White or Asian?
Let's talk about love. I know tons of people who are infatuated with someone that they don't even talk to. It is because the more we cannot have some person, the more we want them. It makes it exciting. Just like the dating period, there is an abudance of challenge in the relationship. Guy wants her and she plays hard to get, then she gives in and the guy loses interest.
